走近母亲河（图文----我爱滁州之五）
[font=黑体][size=5][color=#0000ff][font=宋体][size=14pt]滁州内城河自东向西横卧于老城区，自唐代武德初年兴城之时兴建，现存唐、明、清三朝滁州城图上都可觅得其踪。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size][/color][/size][/font][font=黑体][size=5][color=#0000ff][font=宋体][size=14pt]据明《滁州志》所载：“沙河，在州西一里，源出侧菱山，北过福山，至赤湖，东注於石濑，又东注於西涧，俗又称乌土（兔）河。河经上水关，穿城中，经赤栏桥，南会洪沟之水，过通济桥，出下水关，入清流河，俗称小沙河。”由此可知，作为清流河河源之一的小沙河穿城而过，滁城之内城河实为小沙河其中的一段。遗憾的是溯河而上，因城西水库之建，再也寻觅不到“春潮带雨晚来急，野渡无人舟自横”的诗情画境了。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size][/color][/size][/font]
[font=黑体][size=5][color=#0000ff][font=宋体][size=14pt]称其为母亲河是因为城西水库建成之前，千百年来，内城河作为饮用水源生生不息地滋养了滁州，灵秀了滁州，见证了滁州。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size][/color][/size][/font]
[font=黑体][size=5][color=#0000ff][font=宋体][size=14pt]回首千年滁州，那首诗画交融的《滁州西涧》，能不能算是古滁州的文化之源呢？这一条汇同西涧之水穿城而过的母亲河，今天我们还能看到多少诗情画意，还有多少人曾记得她的哺育之恩？为政者、居于河畔者还有多少双眼睛在....焐笫庸颐堑哪盖缀幽兀縖/size][/font][size=14pt][/size][/color][/size][/font]
[font=黑体][size=5][color=#0000ff][font=宋体][size=14pt]内城河及其汇入之清流河与南、北湖都是滁州城区的重要水系，多年来生活污水直排入流，水系边建筑杂乱无章，甚而堵塞了河流，造成“两湖一河”水质下降，一度降为劣五类，怨声载于道。透过那几座寂然于河上的桥梁，感觉到的只是苍凉与落寞，河边之颓败、水面之污浊，亦让人目不忍睹，嗅不忍闻，笔者近而观之，不免有“河殇”之叹，由此及彼，在建设和谐社会的今天，古老滁州还有多少文明之源有待我们去探索和保护？[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size][/color][/size][/font]

[color=#0000ff][font=宋体][size=14pt]上水关在今西大街南侧，自北向南跨内城河之水，居旧永丰门和观德门之间。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size][/color]
[color=#0000ff][font=宋体][size=14pt]据清光绪年间熊祖诒《滁州志》载，上水关建于宋代嘉定十年（[/size][/font][size=14pt]1217[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]），明代洪武年间重修。嘉靖十三年（[/size][/font][size=14pt]1534[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]）滨州人赵大纲知滁州，见关历岁久远，灰石疏豁，不利城防，遂重修关楼并增置铁栅，上设辘轳桩石为启闭，同时设置窝铺，住兵守卫。时至光绪二十二年（[/size][/font][size=14pt]1896[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]），上水关圈口尚有刻字，曰“嘉定十年建康都统某创建”。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size][/color]

[color=#0000ff][font=宋体][size=14pt]广惠桥，古名宏济桥、赤阑桥，俗称西桥，在今市区四牌楼街和古楼街交接处，自西向东跨内城河之水。相传此桥初建于东晋，真正有志记载始建于唐代永徽年间（[/size][/font][size=14pt]650-655[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]）。岁久而圯。明正德十六年（[/size][/font][size=14pt]1521[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]），江西农民起义，官军前往弹压，道经广惠桥，州守见情况紧急，以木架桥供官兵通过。历时三十年，木朽益甚。明嘉靖二十九年（[/size][/font][size=14pt]1550[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]），豫章人熊琦来领州事，进士胡松及乡宿朱勋等与之议，共谋捐建；州守熊琦迁刑部员外郎，鄞县人张子韬来权州事，继续谋捐建，修石桥成功。胡松曾作《新建广惠桥记》勒于碑。此碑后坠入水中。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size][/color]
